Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Irah Log website or any services provided by Irah Log LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Irah Log LLC provides technology services including app development, SEO audits, and brand creation. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all work product created by Irah Log LLC becomes the property of the client upon full payment. Irah Log LLC retains the right to display the work in its portfolio.

Payment terms are specified in each service agreement. Invoices are due within the period stated. Late payments may incur fees as specified in the agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Irah Log LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
